Recurring House Cleaning
Weekly, biweekly or monthly visits that keep kitchens, baths, floors and living spaces consistently guest-ready.
View house cleaning detailsResidential, commercial and specialty cleaning across San Pablo and the East Bay. Every service has a published checklist, a defined crew size and a flat quote — so you know precisely what you are buying.

Cleaning gets sold as one product, which is why so many quotes are impossible to compare. In practice the work splits into two categories: maintenance, which keeps a space at a level it has already reached, and reset work, which brings a space back up to that level in the first place.
Recurring house cleaning and commercial janitorial service are maintenance. Deep cleaning, move-out cleaning and post-construction cleaning are resets. Move-out work sits closest to a reset performed on a deadline, with documentation attached.
If your property has not had professional attention in the last six months, start with a reset. If it has, start with maintenance and let us schedule detail work seasonally. Not sure which describes your situation? Send us a few details and we will tell you plainly, including when the cheaper option is the right one.

The average recurring client recovers three to four hours a week. That is the real product; the clean house is how it shows up.
Scale, grease and grit are abrasive. Removing them on a schedule protects glass, grout, stone and finished wood from permanent damage.
HEPA-filtered vacuums and proper dusting sequence pull settled particulate out of the room instead of moving it around.
Our technicians flag slow leaks, failing caulk and grout separation early, while they are still small repairs.
Flat quotes and defined add-ons mean cleaning becomes a line item you can plan, not a variable expense.
Scheduling, supplies, staffing and quality control are ours. You approve a scope and we run it.
Whether it is a nightly office scope or a single deep clean, the sequence does not change.
A walkthrough in person or by video. We count rooms, identify surface types and note anything that needs specialty handling.

Your crew is assigned, briefed on your notes, and equipment is staged for the specific surfaces in your property.
Work moves top to bottom, dry to wet, cleanest to dirtiest. Products get the dwell time the label requires.

Answers that apply across all five of our services.
Most first-time clients start with a one-time deep clean and then decide on a recurring rhythm afterward. The deep clean resets the property to a known baseline, which makes recurring visits faster, cheaper and easier to quote accurately.
Frequently. A common pairing is biweekly house cleaning with a quarterly deep clean layered on top, or commercial janitorial service plus periodic floor detail. We quote combinations as a single plan so you are not managing two invoices.
Yes. Every crew arrives with vacuums, microfiber systems, tools and products included in the quote. If you prefer we use a specific product you already own — common with sealed stone or specialty flooring — leave it out and note it in your scope.
We price on scope and square footage rather than by the hour: number of rooms, bathrooms, surface types, condition and frequency. After a walkthrough you receive one flat figure with add-ons listed separately.
There is a practical minimum for travel and setup, which we will tell you honestly on the call. For very small spaces, a monthly or biweekly plan usually makes more sense than a single visit.
All five services are available across our full 45-city area, from San Pablo and Richmond through Oakland, Concord, San Rafael and Vacaville. Projects outside that radius are considered case by case, especially for post-construction work.
